Over the last couple of months, Xero has a added a couple of cool new features that will help you get even more out of an already pretty cool system.
Export Fixed Assets
Export your draft, registered and disposed fixed assets in Xero to a CSV file. You can use this file to import the assets into another Xero organisation.
Delete a fixed asset type
If you have a fixed asset type with no registered or disposed fixed assets created against it, and you no longer require it, you can now delete it. Xero won’t let you delete a fixed asset type with registered or disposed fixed assets against it.
Copy an invoice to an invoice, quote, purchase order or bill
You can now copy an existing invoice to a new invoice, quote, purchase order or bill. If you select multiple invoices to copy, the details of each invoice will merge into a single invoice, quote, purchase order or bill.
Additional features include the ability to select a contact so their defaults are applied. You also have the option to select your inventory item purchase details and have them applied to your new purchase order or bill.
You can now add a range of filters to many of our new reports so you can zero in on the information you need. For example, filter by Description, Reference and a range of other fields on the Account Transactions report. Just add the filters you need when you refine your report settings.
